I always have the BEST experience every time I visit Nicole Norris MD Medical Spa! I’ve had two facials with Kendra, and I’m blown away by how clear and radiant my skin looks—people are constantly asking what my secret is! Nicole is the only person I trust with needles near my face. She did a subtle lip tweak for me, and I can’t thank her enough for not only her amazing work but for how she made me feel—confident and beautiful again. The entire team is professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. Highly, highly recommend!

Nicole is the absolute best person to do any type of facial work done. I’m a regular and never fails to get it spot on/perfect. I feel like I look beautiful when I leave the spa, and that is priceless. In addition, I would never trust anyone else to do the procedures that I get done by Nicole. I know all the staff is remarkable. I would 100 percent recommend this medical spa above any other I’ve been to in the past.

Nicole Norris MD Medical Spa really knows how to celebrate their customers the right way! The ladies are always cheerful, and this time there were delicious cookies and beverages out for customer appreciation days. I chose the 30 minute express facial, and it didn’t feel rushed at all. Kelsey, and all of the other ladies, are always friendly and professional, the dermaplaning is so satisfying, and you are left with a smile on your glowing face. I will be treating myself to more and other types of facials soon.

I had the pleasure of having Kelsey as the esthetician who did a custom facial and derma-planing for me. Kelsey is so efficient and friendly and I really appreciated how she customized my facial treatment based on my skin tone and condition. She explains everything as she goes through the process - I was very comfortable the entire time and I learned a lot about skin care. You feel very at ease with her and when you ask questions she gives you straight forward answers with insight and care. I had never had a derma-planing treatment and I would recommend this to anyone as it leaves your face feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly cleansed. The entire process takes only an hour and when you leave you feel 10 years younger! I can’t wait to go back.

Definitely a 5 out of 5 for my facial with Kendra. My face fuzz, dead skin cells and even my worries fell by the wayside with this facial. Despite the gloomy day, I left fresher, lighter and glowing. I will be back for more!
