I really appreciate that Dr. Norris and her team are so personable and customer service forward. At my initial consultation, Dr Norris was very informative and thoroughly answered all of my questions. During my treatments, Sierra always makes me feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and really cares about her work and her client.

I had the pleasure of having Kelsey as the esthetician who did a custom facial and derma-planing for me. Kelsey is so efficient and friendly and I really appreciated how she customized my facial treatment based on my skin tone and condition. She explains everything as she goes through the process - I was very comfortable the entire time and I learned a lot about skin care. You feel very at ease with her and when you ask questions she gives you straight forward answers with insight and care. I had never had a derma-planing treatment and I would recommend this to anyone as it leaves your face feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly cleansed. The entire process takes only an hour and when you leave you feel 10 years younger! I can’t wait to go back.
