We are all thrilled to be back in our happy place and caring for our lovely patients in our medical office with a spa feel! After what has been happening the last few months, we are all due for some me time! Caring for yourself is one of best ways to alleviate stress. Improving your own appearance nurtures positivity and self-esteem which releases healthy endorphins in the brain that combat deleterious mental health effects that can also wreak havoc on our physical health. We acknowledge times are tough financially, but when you are able, it will be worth your while to improve your image at our office!
If you will be scheduling something to look forward to in June at our Medical Office with a spa feel, we will be changing a few things because your health and safety has always been our first priority! Please read our updated infection control policy below.
As some of you may remember, our 4-Year Anniversary is this month on June 20th! For now, we are thankfully celebrating re-opening this month and hope to properly celebrate our anniversary with an event for all of you when we can gather in large groups again!

Updated Infection Control Policy as of June 1, 2020
- All appointments are staggered to avoid contact with other patients and there is now additional time between appointments for extra cleaning with bleach on all surfaces.
- Our waiting room will be out of use for a while. Our front door will be locked to control access to our office. When you come for your appointment, please call from your car when you arrive. You will be met at the door for a quick health check by your provider. If we don’t answer your call the first time, try calling again in a few minutes.
- It is especially appreciated if you can complete your consents and forms online prior to your appointment to reduce surface contact in our office. However, our in-office signature pads are cleaned with 70% alcohol after each use.
- Please wear a face covering in and out of our office. If you need to remove the face covering for your treatment, our providers are all wearing medical-grade masks and face shields/goggles for most procedures. Your provider may be limiting their conversation with you, as it is difficult to talk with all this gear on.
- Our General Consent form has been updated to include the risk of contracting COVID-19 that is now a risk of our everyday lives. Please read the updated General Consent form prior to your appointment and if you have any reservation about coming to your appointment, just call us to reschedule. There will be no fees for rescheduling appointments if you are not feeling your best or just want to hold off on appointments outside of your home for now.
- For now, there will be no guests of patients allowed in the office. Drivers and guests must wait in the car. Sorry, but there will be no group appointments for a while either. One patient in a treatment room at a time.
- Until further notice, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins. If you need to purchase products or schedule appointments, please call, email or message us. We will happily schedule a pick-up time for your products or ship them to your home. Coming Soon…Our products will be available on our website in a user-friendly online store! You, of course, may still buy skin care products and make-up at your appointments.
- Our Check-in and Check-out room will now be accessed via a sliding window instead of a door. You may be asked at check-out if we can keep a credit card on file for you to avoid surface contact in the future.
- Please use hand sanitizer upon entry and exit of our office.
