We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. We respect our providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps. This policy will allow our team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results differ from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
Refunds on gift certificates or products are not allowed.
CHILDREN POLICY
Here at Nicole Norris MD Medical Spa, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all patients.
