• Access to vetted compounding pharmacies for prescription bioidentical hormones and injectable peptides; access to supplements that we stand by.

• Always On-Care texting with the longevity team during normal business hours with guaranteed replies by end of business day

• Telomere testing yearly to assess your biological age vs your chronological age to measure success of care plan. Collected with a cheek swab.

• Annual Multi-Cancer Screening which is a simple blood test collected with one of your longevity lab appointments that can detect 40+ cancers in their earliest stages. Stage 1 and Stage 2 cancer is often curable. This test is recommended yearly, but does not replace routine mammograms, Pap smear screening, pelvic exams, prostate screening, and colonoscopy.

• Gut microbiome testing biyearly to ensure your Gut-Skin connection and Gut- brain connection are aptimized to prevent, GI disease, skin inflammation and dementia. Close monitoring of your ever changing microbiome in your GI tract is imperative to staying well and living well.

• 2 visits with our in-house Certified Nutrition Coach to optimize your diet with protein and polyphenols.

• 10% off supplements and peptides purchased in our office.

• 10% off Get Fit Visits when you a medically determined to be a good candidate for our proprietary body composition change program which may include GLP-1 medication. Of note: Long term low dose GLP-1s may be recommended also for decreasing inflammation and meeting longevity milestones.

• Body composition analysis and blood pressure monitoring at least 2x per year with your comprehensive longevity labs

• 10% off Other Longevity related appointments when needed in between your included bi-yearly appointments for labs or follow up for other reasons such as peptide care plans or tweaks in your hormone regimen

Prescriptions sent to compounding pharmacies are at the pharmacies cost and cannot be discounted. We,however, will do our best to get the best pricing we can from them. Included services must be done within 12 months of membership. Covered labs are only provided through our Lab Corp account. Outside labs are not accepted. We do not accept insurance, but you may used an HSA account, FSA account, or Care credit (0% for 6 months) for the yearly investment. No refunds.
