Introducing NNMD GET FIT… A concierge weight loss program!
Enrolling in Get Fit can change your life! You will first complete a Get Fit Eligibility form so that we can see if you are a good candidate. Then you will have a consultation with Dr. Norris that will involve a thorough medical and weight loss history to further ensure this program is right for you. Dr. Norris will then order labs and you will begin your journey to a healthier you. Our program requires weekly or biweekly 30-min visits to our office, injections of weight-loss medication, as well as diet and exercise coaching. There are no specific foods or shakes or supplements that you must purchase.
Our goal is to help you lose fat (not muscle) with a healthy balanced diet, daily exercise and prescription injectable medication to make your calorie restriction a little easier. The medication that we utilize is obtained from an FDA-approved compounding pharmacy and is either semaglutide with L-carnitine or tirzepatide with L-carnitine. Both of these medications help to control cravings, make you feel full faster when eating a meal, and help your body to burn fat, not muscle. Dr. Norris has found that relatively low doses of these medications can be all that is needed to boost fat loss success when patients have a balanced diet, exercise and are healthy. After you reach your fitness goal, we guide you in weaning off the medication and help you maintain your new body with your new healthy habits! This process can take 6-24 months depending on the amount of weight you need to lose and how quickly you wean off the medication. (This program and the prescription injectable weight loss medications (semaglutide with L-carnitine or tirzepatide with L-carnitine) are not covered by insurance.)

Get Fit Concierge Consultation:
$199 and 100 is credit on your account towards a procedure.
For Semaglutide with L-carnitine injection visits:
$850 for 4 weekly visits (Must initially commit to 12 visits.)
Then $200 per visit after that.
For Tirzepatide with L-carnitine injection visits:
$1000 for 4 weekly visits (Must initially commit to 12 visits) Then $250 per visit after that.
If your 2024 goals involve feeling better about yourself in the mirror, looking as young as your feel, trying something new, or just making time for self-care, come in to see Dr. Norris for a Confidence Prescription! This is perfect for new patients as well as existing patients who need an updated treatment plan. Dr. Norris will discuss your goals with you and create a customized treatment plan to fit your timeline and your budget. This is an in-depth appointment and the $199 is taken at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment. $100 of this fee is a credit on your account toward a procedure. We will do our best to do procedures that day but cannot guarantee due to time constraints.

TRY ONE Biorevitalization Treatment for $250 (save $100!) this month only! Biorevitalization is an anti-aging treatment for the face, neck and décolleté’. The treatment originated in Italy and is a blend of a powerful peel and other ingredients to stimulate collagen production in order to smooth lines, hydrate, and lift the skin. Best results are seen when doing a series of treatments. There is no downtime or discomfort expected. There are no sun restrictions.
