Ania Peek, FNP-BC
Ania Peek is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and brings with her over 17 years of healthcare experience. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Illinois State University with Bachelor of Science in Nursing, then completed Master of Science in Nursing Education degree from Western Governor University. After obtaining her master’s degree she taught nursing at the college level, but realized that her true passion is helping patients become the best version of themselves. She then completed her post master’s Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Ania takes pride in engaging in active listening and fostering genuine connections with everyone she meets. Her love for aesthetics was born years ago when she realized that aesthetic medicine has the power to not only enhance the unique beauty of every patient, but also empower them to become a healthier and more confident version of themselves. Ania has completed extensive training under the eye of Dr. Norris and through Galderma Gain Training Academy. She strives to deliver the safest and most innovative treatment options for your aesthetic concerns. In her spare time Ania enjoys being active, walking in nature, reading, and planning her next unforgettable trip. Her dog child, Lucky, is one of the luckiest pups on the planet.
Kelsey Thrush, LE, LT
Kelsey Thrush, Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician, graduated from Universal Spa Training Academy in 2016 and continued her medical esthetics and laser education at True U Education in Chicago, Illinois. She has advanced training certificates from PCA SKIN in chemical peels, facials, dermaplaning and medical-grade skin care.
Sierra Klein, LE, LT
Sierra Klein, Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician, graduated from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in 2013 with her Cosmetology license. During her training, she realized her passion was with the skin care side of the industry, so she chose to continue her Esthetics education at Tricoci.
Kendra Pagoria, LE, LT
Kendra Pagoria, Licensed Esthetician, Laser Technician, and Makeup Artist, graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Radio/Television Broadcasting. After graduating, she moved to Los Angeles and worked in reality television for several years. It was during that time she realized her love for skin care and makeup.
Ella Mudge, LE
Ella Mudge, Licensed Esthetician, graduated from Naperville Skin Institute in 2025. During her education, she discovered a strong passion for the medical side of esthetics, which deepened by participating in advanced coursework and specialized training offered by the institute. Ella’s passion for skincare and beauty was inspired by her personal journey with problematic skin. Her mission is to empower each patient to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Her favorite treatment to perform is a HydraFacial combined with dermaplaning, as it is a results-driven service that consistently delivers noticeable improvements – something she finds rewarding. Ella enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, going on walks with her Cockapoo, Wally, and being outdoors with her horses Dallas and Liberty.
Danielle Thompson
Danielle Thompson, Head of Patient Experience, is committed to making our patients feel comfortable from the moment they come in the door until the moment they leave. You will likely see her smiling when you walk into NNMD! Danielle’s interests include spending as much time with her two daughters and husband as she can, snuggling her fur babies and going to Crossfit. Danielle also loves to travel and is generally always planning a vacation.
Danielle Pagano, FNP-BC
Danielle has been a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with 12 years of experience in Internal Medicine with a love of health and wellness. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Illinois State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. In addition to her clinical practice, Danielle serves as an Assistant Professor at OSF Saint Francis College of Nursing, where she teaches courses within the Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult Gerontology programs.
Danielle will be seeing patients for all things longevity and wellness!
Scarlett
Scarlett Joanna was born 2/14/2017 and joined the NNMD team when she was 8 weeks old. She is a Goldendoodle whose father is a therapy dog and trophy-winning Standard poodle. Without speaking, she basically runs the office.
Maverick
Maverick was born 5/20/2023 and joined the NNMD team when he was 9 weeks old. He is a Bernedoodle bred from a long line of therapy dogs and the most relaxed puppy that you will ever meet. He is a recent graduate of Puppy school.
